Susan is the Chief Legal Officer and Company Secretary for Seeing Machines.

Susan joined Seeing Machines in 2019 and has held a variety of inhouse roles in the technology and engineering sectors. She has several years’ experience advising on financial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, contract negotiation, commercialisation of intellectual property, governance and risk management.

Susan holds a Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Laws, Master of Laws and a Graduate Certificate in Intellectual Property. She has undertaken the Company Directors Course through the Australian Institute of Company Directors, is a member of the Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC) and holds an unrestricted practicing certificate through the ACT Law Society.
