Ed leads strategy and commercial development at Seeing Machines, shaping the company’s strategic direction and driving its commercial success. With a focus on developing and implementing key strategic initiatives, he plays a critical role in achieving profitable growth and enhancing shareholder value.

Ed brings extensive expertise in logistics, supply chain, and manufacturing, which uniquely positions him to drive Seeing Machines’ strategic and commercial growth. In senior roles at NSW Ports, Fletcher Building, and Brambles, he successfully led teams through complex transactions, strategic planning, and operational improvements, building a strong foundation in corporate development, commercial finance, and business transformation.

Ed’s skill set enables him to support Seeing Machines’ global objectives and ensure the delivery of customer-focused solutions that save lives. Beyond his work at Seeing Machines, Ed is also a director of Retina Australia, a charity dedicated to supporting individuals affected by inherited retinal diseases, and chairs its Finance, Audit, and Risk Committee.

He is a Chartered Accountant, Chartered Company Secretary, and Chartered Governance Professional, holding a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from Macquarie University.
