2020 Annual General Meeting Results and Board Changes
During the AGM all resolutions had been passed, the final votes for each resolution are available under the Announcements page, as well as a copy of the presentation.
The board changes include the resignation from the Seeing Machines Board of two Non-Executive Directors with the effect from the end of the 2020 AGM.
